Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Vellore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Vellore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

Vellore offers a one-time lifetime Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features. This purchase is non-consumable and processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.

Free Trial

Vellore may offer a free trial period for Pro features. After the trial expires, Pro features require purchase to continue using.

iCloud Sync

Vellore uses Apple's iCloud to sync your data across devices. Use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and requires an active iCloud account with sufficient storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service disruptions or account issues.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Vellore, including watch information, photos, and logs. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• for any unlawful purpose;
• to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure;
• to introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data;
• to infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
• to harass, abuse, defame, or otherwise harm others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App — including source code, design, graphics, and content — remain the property of the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as provided under these Terms.

Disclaimer

Vellore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Watch values, service intervals, and other information displayed in the app are for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for insurance, appraisal, or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Vellore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time. Your purchased Pro features will remain functional on installed versions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
